hey guys, i updated the chat software since some were having issues with it on their phone…let me know if this fixes any issues or if you are having any now…
Neither mobile nor full site chat working.
My mobile chat works fine (Android)
No effort by two guys in a row to knock down a soft throw from Dexter. Fire is totally doused. The only persons i see playing well are Arenado and Chad Bettis.
BULLSHIT! Rosarios on fire. Now if we could just find a position he could play.
In game chat does not open on iPod.
Oops, iPad
Two missed calls at third base in a row. If i was Arenado or Walt i would put on an earl weaver show. Letting calls go is like showing no interest in the game. No fire at all in the team.
Yeah, you could tell Arenado was pretty upset – especially the first call which was obvious…the second was too close so don’t blame the call on that one, but I do on the first one – he was way out…mix that with the bad strike calls and this game might be a loss even if we play our best…
It’s over for Betancourt. Nice run, but it’s over. Move on.
Too bad he’s untradable too now. I still have faith in him though and would definately keep him for next year if you can’t get anything.
only if you can’t get anything.Don’t get it Prog-you are the cheerleader for criticizing the ROX for keeping players too long.Belisle and Betancourt have had a great run and done yeoman servive but they’re done-let ’em go.
Let Rollins have a free pass 2nd to 3rd? No fire in Rox.
Oh. And maybe if they look hard enough, they can get a two-fer ticket for Belisle.
This group is a complete clown show.
Pfffft.
RMH, allowing Rollins to take 3rd there was the whopper of a mistake that handed the Phillies the tying run on that dribbler, causing Weiss to go to Francis (really?), resulting in the obvious conclusion to that decision. Depressing loss. Phillies are crappy; we just proved we’re crappier.
Where was Brothers? It NEVER EVER fails that when there is a special article written about the bullpen they suddenly collapse. LMFAO Brothers one-third of Rockies’ stout ‘pen trio By Michael Radano / Special to MLB.com | 8/22/2013 7:50 P.M. ET PHILADELPHIA — Even though Rex Brothers’ availability was in question on Thursday night after three consecutive days of work, Rockies manager Walt Weiss is thrilled to have the 25-year-old lefty in his bullpen to go with closer Rafael Betancourt,… Read more »
Hey at least they have 2 wins this road trip. Thats progress.
This is the team we had at the beginning of the season and this is the team we will have at the end of the season. This is the team we will have reporting to spring training in February. Nothing more, nothing less. Did you expect more? Oops, sorry. that was from my post last night. I’m not the only one(Jared being the most “visible”)but I’ve been saying for over 25 years…NEVER,EVER THROW A STRIKE ON AN 0-2 count!!! Add… Read more »
Don’t throw a strike in an 0-2 count!!!! Ed-I still have your voice ringing in my ears from you yelling that at Salt River Fields this year :). I think of that every time I see a pitcher do it!
Anyone want to start a fantasy football league??
I watched. Didn’t get mad, or upset. Apathetic better describes it. I have no hope until the current front office is replaced. But not even sure that’s good enough with these owners. Meh.
Trip, I’m with you on my take on this latest roadtrip fiasco. I’m way beyond getting angry or upset at this club. Kind of just a combination of low-grade disappointment and amusement at watching how they figure out to blow it. It started for me with that pathetic homestand against the Marlins, remember, the 10-game homestand that was going to show whether we really had a contender? Yeah, I was upset then. That seems like a year ago. Just the… Read more »
Happier thoughts: Eddie Butler: 5 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 3 K for Tulsa tonight. 0.45 ERA since being promoted. Gray is dominating High A hitters at Modesto while Butler is more smoothly slicing through them at AA Tulsa. If both stay healthy we will see both next year. Chacin-DLR-Chatwood-Gray-Butler/Bettis. That looks a helluva lot better than anything that ends with Garland-Francis.
Speaking of epic collapses, today I am thinking of the Bartman Incident. Ten years later, people still talk about the Bartman Incident, and the seat is a tourist attraction. I remember it very well because I was rooting for the Cubs in that series.
The other sports don’t have Curses of Billy Goats or Bartman Incidents, and that’s why I love baseball.

Wow! You guys are still actually watching this team? I Haven’t watched a Rockies game since July 25 when they lost a four game series to Miami at home. I’d rather watch the Sky Sox than watch this team.
But that doesn’t mean you should ignore your friends here ego!!! I’ve been wanting to hear from you (and missed you when I was in Colorado…still owe you dinner!)
Yeah Jared sorry I missed you. There was just no way I could get to a game the week you were in town. I still visit this site everyday but there really isn’t too much to say about this team anymore.
