Sort of a pre/post game since i forgot to do a pre-game. I’ll update this after the game, but let’s see if i can predict what will happen. De La Rosa will go five strong before he gets tagged a bit in the sixth. WW will pull him when he should leave him in and the bullpen will give up four as the Rox lose 4-2.

Any Takers?
I guess We Will Not Be Optimistic already started 😉
And my Hey Chicago sound-off was sort of meant to provide a container for postgame, too 😉
Thanks for doing that – i didn’t see it until i posted this…in the top of the 4th by the way 🙂 I’m just trying my hand at prognosticating!
Yeah, I can’t match the supremo writers with a great pre- or post-game, but you told me once that even a few lines would give the gang a place to comment, so doing my bit here 🙂
oh man, i LOVE that you did!!! and i’d love if you did it again…say, tomorrow? Just throw something in there about the rox/padres and all will be well…
JD, I can throw out a couple of decent English sentences during/late in the game tomorrow, no prob 🙂
awesome…i’ll email you just some quick pre/post stuff if you are up for it…
Spectacular catch by Barnes. Freiderich did his best to WP the game away…jeez every reliever has contributed to the dismal league leading WP stat.
Woo hoo! Lucky 21 on the road with only four to go.
Labored effort by Hawk, but a nice save nonetheless.
Wow, 21 wins on the road. I checked after your comment, the next most putrid is SD with 28. The Worst Team in MLB: D’Backs, have 31. No one comes close to our road futility.
Calling it “futility” is an insult to the word itself. I don’t think there’s any adequate way to describe what the Rockies have (n’t) done on the road this year.
