Francis has been alternating good and bad starts. He lost Tuesday to the Giants, allowing 2 runs on 6 hits over 5 innings at AT+T Park. Kennedy has turned it up for the stretch, winning 3 of his last 4. He beat the Padres Tuesday, holding them to one run over 8 innings on 7 hits. He struck-out six.
