The Colorado Rockies’ offense woke up yesterday after a 14 inning hiatus with a 11-2 stomping of the Cincinnati Reds. Now comes the hard part – can they win on Sundays and the final game of a series? A victory would keep the Rockies series win streak going (I’m counting 3-4 vs. Texas as one series). The Rockies will need a good Juan Nicasio to show up even if that means he goes only five innings. Presumably all hands are on deck out of the bullpen with the off days tomorrow and Thursday. Walt Weiss has decided to play the same lineup today as yesterday except for Mike McKenry starting in place of Jordan Pacheco.
